A forum first, a tracker second
Tapochek.net calls itself an игровой торрент-трекер, a gaming torrent tracker, and the whole thing is in Russian. The look is pure 2000s tracker: grey background, a gamepad logo, a login bar with Имя and Пароль fields across the top, and below that a long list of forum sections. If you’ve used any Russian tracker built on this kind of engine, you’ll feel at home in about five seconds.
What’s newer is the strip of cover art across the top. On my visit it was showing fresh uploads like Mass Effect 2 and Gears of War 2 as Switch ports, Dead Space, VOID/BREAKER and Lost Host. Click through and each one tells you the section, the uploader and the size.
What’s actually on it
Games are the core. The latest-releases list was a mix of three kinds of uploads. There were Switch ports from an uploader called Cubick (Mass Effect 2 at 13.42 GB), FitGirl repacks mirrored here (VOID/BREAKER at 9.87 GB), and GOG installers and pre-installed builds from regulars like EpicOWL and InsaneRamZes. The biggest thing I spotted was an in-development ARK: Survival Ascended upload at 335.8 GB, which is less a download and more a lifestyle choice. There’s PS5 material too, such as Soul Hackers 2.
The forum list goes well beyond games: PC and console games, cinema, series, anime, music, software, a library section and misc. The news block leans on Russian localizations, with posts about a Russian release for A Way Out and Russian voice-over for Halo 3 ODST on Xbox 360. That’s a real niche, and a good reason to come here if you want games in Russian.
The general news subforum alone showed 81,002 topics and 719,871 posts, so people do talk here.
The tiles on the left
A column of big buttons sits on the left side: VIP Инвайт (an invite), Активация игр (game activation), plus VKontakte and Discord links. Further down there’s a section called Магазин оффлайн-активаций, an offline activation shop. Its description says that for a symbolic sum you can activate games that haven’t been cracked yet, and the news ticker pins an item about offline activation for Denuvo and Microsoft Store games. I didn’t buy anything and can’t vouch for how it works. Just know there’s a paid side to a site that’s otherwise free.
Speed, ads and phones
Pages loaded at a decent clip for a forum this busy. I didn’t see banner ads in the main view, but our scan found popup-style script code and a couple of unfamiliar third-party domains, so I’d keep an ad blocker running. There’s a light, dark and system theme switch, which is a nice touch.
Phones are the weak spot. The page doesn’t set a mobile viewport, so on a small screen you get the desktop layout shrunk down and lots of pinching.
Who it’s for
Russian speakers who want game torrents with local voice-overs and an active community will get a lot out of it. If you don’t read Russian, it’s still usable thanks to release names in English, but the forum part will mostly pass you by. There’s a registration link in the top bar; on trackers built like this, expect to need an account before you can download.
