Ebony Pulse Review

Same engine, darker paint

If you’ve used TastyBlacks, Ebony Pulse will feel familiar the moment it loads. The header even links to it, alongside Big Butt Tube and Big Tits Tube, and the category counts are identical to the number. So this is one shared index wearing a different outfit. The outfit is the better one, I think: a deep chocolate-brown background, muted grey text and coral-red section titles. It’s easier on the eyes at night than the bright orange of its sibling.

What’s in the index

Ebony Pulse doesn’t host a library of its own. It gathers videos from other tubes and files them into categories, each with a count: Ebony 460,345, BBC 383,428, Big Tits 331,614, Interracial 146,724, plus smaller corners like Granny, Toys, Pick Up and Casting. The Popular Categories grid comes first, and every adult category is labelled 18+ where it matters. Because a single video can land in several categories, the numbers overlap heavily. Think of them as “how much to dig through”, not “how many unique videos exist”.

The source list is the best part

Scroll all the way down and you’ll find something most aggregators hide: a full Sources table listing every tube the site indexes, with a video count next to each. It runs to well over a hundred names, from big ones like xHamster (13,025) and FapHouse (18,894) to Ebony8, which supplies the most at 59,387, and W1mp at 19,027. I liked this. It tells you exactly where the videos come from, and each name links through so you can browse just one source. Each one has a little RSS icon too, for anyone who still uses feeds.

Finding something to watch

There’s a search box at the top, and below the categories a long block of Trending Searches, which is handy for seeing what other visitors are into this week and for discovering performer names you might not know. The All new and All popular buttons give you two quick ways in without touching a category. Between those and the source list, you have more ways to browse than most free tubes offer.

That one popup

My scan didn’t detect any known ad networks or popunder scripts, but one popup did open when the page first loaded. It’s a single window, not a barrage, and nothing else jumped out after that. Still, it’s worth knowing before you click around on a work-adjacent laptop. Since videos come from outside tubes, those sites’ own ads may follow if a click sends you to the source.

Speed

Over a hundred preview images and a very long page make the first load slow. Give it a few seconds. After that, scrolling is fine, and the responsive layout holds up on a phone.

Final word

Ebony Pulse is a big, honest index of free ebony content with a nicer look than its sister site and a refreshingly open source list. Close the popup, use search, and it serves you well.
