FreeOnes Board Review

Old name, newer clothes

If you’ve been around adult sites for a while, you know FreeOnes. The old board.freeones.com address now forwards to freeones.com/forums, and the forum runs on modern XenForo software, so it’s cleaner than the creaky look you might remember. White background, a bright orange header bar for each section, blue links and Open Sans text. It’s tidy and easy to scan, with a Latest posts column on the right and a share box above it.

The numbers are wild

Scroll to the forum statistics at the bottom and you get the scale: 914,235 threads, 11.5 million messages and just over 1,047,000 members. When I looked, the online counter showed 10,821 visitors, almost all of them guests. That tells you something: most people come here to read and search, not to post. A smaller crowd of regulars keeps things moving, with fresh replies landing every few minutes.

Where the good stuff is

The crown jewel is Identify the Babe, with over 538,000 threads and 2.1 million messages. If you’ve ever seen a performer and couldn’t put a name to her, this is the place to ask, and the regulars are frighteningly good at it. A newer Identify the Scene forum does the same for specific films.

Other sections worth knowing:

• Favorite Babes: 68,500 threads and 3 million posts of fan threads for individual performers.
• Niche & Fetish Corner and Watch that Video for themed sharing.
• Adult Pay Sites & Studios, which includes a genuinely interesting history thread on closures, rebrands and ownership changes.
• FreeOnes Talk, Games and Stuff and Funny Pictures for general chat.
• A Gay & Trans section with its own ID forums, talk threads and paysite reviews.

Some corners are quiet. The help FAQs are empty and the news forum’s latest thread dates back to 2025, but the core sections are busy.

Getting around

Search sits top right, and there are New posts and Search forums links right under the menu. You can read freely as a guest; a free account lets you post, bookmark and follow threads. The layout is responsive, so it works fine on a phone, which is more than many old boards can say.

Speed is so-so. The first page took a little while to fill in, with images and widgets loading in stages, but threads open quickly once you’re in.

Ads

Light. My scan found one ad network (ExoClick’s serving domain) and an affiliate redirect, but no popups fired and the screenshot showed no banner wall, just an empty block above the forum list where an ad likely sits. FreeOnes also runs its own Matomo analytics. Compared with most free adult forums, it’s calm.

Ninja’s verdict

The FreeOnes Board is the reference library of adult forums: enormous, well organised, and unbeatable for naming a performer or tracking down a scene. It’s quieter than its member count suggests and the first load is a little slow. Still, keep it bookmarked. You’ll need it sooner than you think.
